Tire Brander
- Apply to brand trademark, serial no. and date etc on the tire.
- Arrange the matrix which will be branded in order and put into the “T” slotted (available for 10 matrixes to 1/2” Brander; 20 matrixes to 1/4” Brander) to preheating 10 minutes. And then it can reach the branding temperature it need.
- Aim at the area which will be branded on the tire to press down. It will have the branding depth over 2mm after 2-3 seconds.
